Original Italian Pizza
About
This neighborhood pizzeria executes the fundamentals with discipline—wood-fired heat blistering the crust while simple, quality ingredients do the talking, the kind of place where the owner's regional Italian roots inform every choice from the flour in the dough to the oils on the shelf. The wine list skews toward small Italian producers you won't find at chains, paired with housemade pastas and seasonal specials that shift based on what moves the owner, not what focus groups demand. You come here because someone who cares is making decisions.
