Cosmos Ristorante & Pizzeria
About
Wood-fired pizzas emerge from the kitchen with blistered, charred crusts and properly stretched dough, the kind that requires understanding Neapolitan technique rather than simply owning an oven. The wine list leans toward Italian regions, favoring smaller producers over mass-market labels, and the pasta dishes shift with seasonal availability rather than following a static menu. This is the kind of place where the kitchen respects tradition enough to execute it well, drawing regulars who know the difference between a restaurant that cooks Italian food and one that understands it.
