Bambinelli's Pizza & Pasta
About
Wood-fired heat and generations of technique shape every pie and handrolled pasta at this neighborhood Italian spot, where the kitchen respects regional traditions rather than chasing trends. The wine list skews toward small Italian producers that pair naturally with the food, and the dining room carries the unpretentious energy of a Roman trattoria—worn wood, modest tables, the kind of place regulars occupy for hours. Expect straightforward cooking that demands quality ingredients and restraint, not complicated plating.
