Automatic Pizza
About
This neighborhood pizzeria operates with the precision of its name, turning out properly charted Neapolitan pies from a wood-fired oven with the kind of technical consistency that comes from genuine commitment to craft. The wine list and antipasti reflect an appreciation for regional Italian traditions beyond just pizza, suggesting owners who've spent time understanding the food culture they're representing. In a college town, it stands apart as the place where locals actually choose to eat rather than tourists reflexively visit.
